Petaté Woven Wood is taken exclusively from renewable forests and made from mature Pacific Northwest Alder and American Oak. The wood is then cut into precise and consistent 1-1/2 inch or 2 inch strips through a special process and then kiln dried before being woven into Petaté Woven Wood Panels. The drying process enhances the panels' ability to adapt to various climates and guarantees against cracking, splitting or warping. |
